Insurance
Larry and Leah will provide you with superbills that can be used to submit to insurance for reimbursements. Many if not most insurances will reimburse you for treatment for out of network therapists. Payments are made at the time of the sessions.
Fees
Sessions are $230.
The first initial intake session for new patients is $350.
If testing is beneficial there is a separate testing fee depending on the tests given.
There are limited spots available for reduced "sliding scale" fees. If you are interested in becoming a new client of Larry or Leah, LMFTs, please call to see about their availability.
Cash, check, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and all major credit cards are accepted for payment at the time of session.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your good Faith Estimate.
